- The item must be undamaged and in its original packaging.
- The return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we'll process your refund.
Non-returnable items
Custom-made keycaps, such as special orders or personalised items, are non-refundable. Get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.
How to start a return
Email wackypajju@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 78019 04400 with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it's defective, damaged or the wrong item, contact us straight away with photos or video from the unboxing so we can make it right.
Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, UPI or wallet), usually within 5–7 business days of receiving the item and within 10 business days at most. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
